Security Consultation
We start with a conversation to understand your needs -- how many cameras are required, where they will be placed, and a brief overview of the security challenges on your site. From there, we outline the solution we will provide.
Client Profile Form
You fill out a short client profile form so we can tailor our service to you. Your data is kept safe and is never shared with any third party.
Installation Confirmation
At the installation location, we follow a clear communication protocol to confirm every camera placement before it goes up.
We send a text message with an image of the proposed camera location
Upon customer satisfaction, the camera gets installed
If there is no reply within 5 minutes, we call you
If the call is not answered within 10 minutes, the location is considered agreed upon and we proceed with installation
Configuration & Scheduling
We configure the system on the computer -- drawing detection lines, setting up notification schedules, and programming siren triggers to match your security requirements.
App Setup
Finally, we help you sign up on the monitoring app. It is completely free and secure, with the ability to share access with multiple users.
